Eighteen short months ago, you demonstrated your trust by electing me as your Commission Chairman. My family and I appreciate that vote of confidence when you decided to change the direction of your county government. A year and a half is not long, but it has allowed me the opportunity to begin a few of the needed administrative changes and the transparency of local government that I promised to you.
